Delivery methods
- Countrywide delivery – R150.00 flat rate via The Courier Guy.
- Collection at our warehouse – Free.
Deliveries to major centres will take 2-3 working days. Deliveries to remote areas can take up to 5 working days.
If our courier service does not cover your area with door-to-door deliveries, we will have to use Post Net that delivers to your nearest Post Net counter. We will be in touch with you if our courier cannot deliver to your area.
Any orders and payments received after 11h00 am will be processed and dispatched the following day. If delivery falls over a weekend or a public holiday, it will only be shipped/ready for collection on the following Monday, depending on stock availability.
Delayed Deliveries
Sometimes bad things happen and we’re unable to deliver your order within the normal delivery times in case of strikes, severe weather events, national lockdowns (hopefully never again) or road closures.
Please get in touch with us if the delivery is delayed or lost.
Collection
Please contact us at support@bantingmarket.com or 076 340 7014 (Weekdays from 08h00 – 17h00, excluding public holidays), if you prefer to collect from our warehouse in Pretoria. Your order status will be set to “Completed” once it is ready for collection.
Collections ONLY with prior notice after we have received proof of payment.
